Made from organic grapes sourced mainly from vineyards in Tupungato (Uco Valley) at an altitude of 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza.

Eye: Powerful salmon color from the Pinot Noir. Soft delicateb and long lasting bubbles which result in an exceptional perlage.
Nose: Red fruits with strong cherry and raspberry aromas. Nice freshness interwoven with a hint of toasted bread from its second fermentation in the bottle.
Mouth: Elegant mouth feel. Red fruit flavors and citric notes such as orange peel, with a pleasant and lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal to pair with fish, seafood and fresh dishes. Suitable for any occasion.
