75% Chardonnay 25% Pinot Noir.

Made from organic grapes sourced mainly from vineyards in Tupungato (Uco Valley) at an altitude of 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza.

Harvest Process: Manual.

Tasting Notes

Eye: Golden brilliant color with delicate bubbles.
Nose: Rich tropical fruit aromas with strawberry, citrus and floral notes.
Mouth: It shows notes of fresh fruits in combination with the Pinot Noir fineness and elegance. It offers a soft texture and a nice and persistent final.
Food Pairing: Ideal for Seafood, fish dishes such as salmon and Asiatic.
