75% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir.
Made from organic grapes sourced mainly from vineyards in Tupungato (Uco Valley) at an altitude of 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza.
Harvest Process: Manually, february first 15 days.
Eye: Greenish yellow color with fine bubbles.
Nose: Aromas of citrus, apple and tropical fruits.
Mouth. Green apple flavour and aroma, tropical and delicate hints of yeasts.
Food Pairing : Seafood, fish, salmon and Asian dishes.
